Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager of Business Development to lead and scale our outbound and inbound prospecting efforts. This role is critical to driving revenue growth by managing a team of BDRs, optimizing lead generation strategies, and aligning closely with sales and marketing to ensure a seamless sales pipeline. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Development Representatives.   
  • Set team goals, track KPIs, and ensure performance targets are met or exceeded.   
  • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong) and sales enablement platforms to track and improve team performance.  
  • Foster a high-performing and positive team culture focused on growth and development.  
  • Design and implement scalable outbound and inbound lead generation strategies.  
    Identify new market opportunities and oversee the research and targeting of key accounts.  
  • Refine outreach processes, messaging, and cadences to improve conversion rates.  
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads to Account Executives.  
  • Analyze pipeline data to uncover trends, identify areas of opportunity, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, with at least 2 years managing a BDR or SDR team. 
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation and revenue goals. 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). 
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. 

 Base Salary

The range for this role is $140,000-$180,000 OTE. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process.
