Role Overview
We’re looking for an imaginative Creative Strategist to fuel our brands with unforgettable ideas. This role is built for someone who thrives on experimentation, thinks in memes and moments, and sees culture as the ultimate distribution channel. You’ll be the one asking “what if?” and then shaping that into a creative concept to run with.
This isn’t a performance marketing or content calendar role - it’s about creative firepower. Brand moments people remember.
What You’ll Do
Invent disruptive ideas that punch above their weight: from Twitter timeline captivation to campaign hooks to branded experiences.
Spark creative campaigns across social, IRL, digital, and more, turning cultural insights and the more technical side of things into compelling brand moments.
Pitch bold concepts clearly and persuasively: internal stakeholders, partners, and the community.
Collaborate with marketing, product and design team members to bring creative ideas to life
Stay deeply plugged into crypto and tradfi culture: narratives, trends, and community behavior.
Track cultural moments and emerging platforms to uncover new creative opportunities.
Who You Are
You’re an idea machine: constantly imagining unexpected brand moments and asking “why not?”
You have a background in creative strategy, campaign concepting, branding, or cultural marketing (agency, brand, or weird internet side projects all count).
You’ve shipped campaigns or stunts that made people laugh, think, or click: ideally in tech, crypto, or creator communities.
You’re crypto-fluent: not just technically, but culturally. You can walk the line between native and accessible.
You work well with creatives, marketers, and founders alike, and can translate weird ideas into actionable briefs.
You’re a generalist with taste: comfortable riffing on design, writing copy, or jamming on background stories.
You don’t need a massive budget to make an impact - you’ve launched ideas on a single tweet
Requirements
Experience with IRL activations, interactive content, or community-driven storytelling.
Familiarity with creative tools (Figma, Adobe Suite, AI generation tools, etc.)
Past work in web3 or tech
