Our central teams provide support the across FIM. We are looking for an enthusiastic and solutions-driven Junior IT Manager to help enhance our tech operations, streamline efficiencies, and support our various asset teams across the organisation.
The Role
As Junior IT Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT services across all FIM office locations. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT requirements, including user access controls, IT onboarding/offboarding, and Service Desk escalations.
Additionally, you will lead key IT projects, implement cybersecurity initiatives, and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes and policies. Working alongside the FIM CFO, you will help oversee the IT budget and ensure compliance with security best practices.
About you
You will be a highly organised and solutions-driven IT professional with a strong technical foundation in networking, IT security controls, SharePoint, and third-party software management.
With at least three years of IT support experience, preferably in a professional services environment, you will be adept at problem-solving & project coordination. Key qualifications required include a completed IT qualification and relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. Azure, Office 365 Administration).
Fostering a collaborative working environment will be important to you, as you will be confidently engaging with many internal & external stakeholders of various seniority, so excellent communication skills will be essential.
Your ability to drive service improvements, implement cybersecurity strategies, and refine IT policies makes you an essential contributor to FIM’s success.
