We are currently looking for an account executive to be the leading force that fuels our growing client relationships in the North American market. The ideal person will have experience in bringing new accounts. We are looking for a true hunter with the ability to identify growth opportunities for clients before a need or gap has been stated. This level of foresight and meticulous analysis is what will take our company confidently into the future.
What you will do:
- Solving problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations
- Perform prospecting activities such as cold calling networking industry outreach, social media etc.
- Build long-term relationships with institutional clients
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and to identify opportunities
- Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors
- Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings, and client meetings; research and assist with program development for existing clients and new prospects
What you bring:
- Deep understanding of the Staffing industry
- Experienced in selling staffing solutions into Engineering and IT environments
- New Client Acquisitions while managing the current client base.
- Ability to understand client needs and negotiate costs and services
- Experienced working with CRM solutions, Microsoft Suite, Google
- Dedicated to the end-to-end Sales Cycle efforts
