Job Description

While reporting to the HR Technology Manager / Solution Architect, you will serve as a subject matter expert and technical point-of-contact for Workday to ensure data integrity for functional and technical activities, which serves over 4,300 employees worldwide.  This role operates within a collaborative team environment in conjunction with the UKG Pro WFM team.  Primary responsibilities include configuration & testing of system changes, development & testing of integrations, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. You will support the on-going administration, maintenance, and management of TOPPAN’s HRIS (Workday) in addition to other HR related systems.  You will provide support to the Global HR Team and will also assist in maintaining Workday documentation while providing great customer service to our user base.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist the HR Technology Team in supporting Workday configuration roadmap, releases, and continued adoption
  • Maintain and update internal HRIS procedure documentation
  • Workday “system health check"
  • Workday integration development
  • Process improvement / optimization within multiple functional areas
  • Assist in providing support to HR Centers of Excellence
  • Correspond regularly with global HR team for updates/issues/resolution
  • Other projects as assigned

 

This position is located out of either our Charlotte, NC (Uptown Area) or Hartsville, SC with the option of Hybrid OR Remote for the right candidate - Eastern or Central Time Zone only

We’d love to hear from you if:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
  • 4+ years of experience with HCM systems is preferred.
  • 2+ years of Workday experience in one or more of the following functional areas is preferred (Workday HCM, Workday Learning, Workday Talent, Workday Compensation, Workday Reporting).
  • Expertise in one or multiple of the following: Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformations, Report Writer, Calculated Fields, PICOF, PECI, WECI, Business Intelligence Reports (BIRT), XPATH/XSLT2.0/XSLT3.0/XSLT-FO, SOAP and REST Web services.
  • Good Knowledge on Workday Integration services includes Retrieval Service, Delivery Service, Attribute and Maps Service, Report Service, Transaction Log and Integration Field Override Services.
  • Good Knowledge in Prism, XSLT and Web Services.
  • Advanced knowledge of reporting tools is highly desired.
  • Experience working in a global organization is highly desired.
  • Experience with UKG Pro WFM is desired.
  • Experience coordinating ADP Managed Payroll is desired.
  • Process/technology mindset with the ability to problem solve.
  • A desire to grow your career within the HR Technology space is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to manage complex tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under high-pressure situations.

Compensation: 

This is a progression position and could be a level I-Level IV 

 

Compensation and progression level will be based on candidate’s experience and education, and current business needs. 

The annual base salary range for this role is from $98,172 to $117,804
