**This position is remote, but onsite training  is required in Plainview office if needed**

**This is a full-time, temporary position**


General Summary 

The Evaluation Associate - Data Entry coordinates administrative tasks involved in the Early Intervention evaluation process 


 What you’ll be doing at Autism Care Partners

  • Regular and reliable attendance 
  • Manage new referrals in state database
  • Assign evaluators for initial MDEs and supplemental evaluations.
  • Enter evaluation data into agency database.
  • Follow-up on evaluation timelines with assigned evaluators.
  • Track all incoming evaluation reports and related paperwork (consents, delay form).
  • Maintain current evaluator Excel by discipline.
  • Record receipt of completed medical in child’s e-folder and database for NYC and LI evaluations
  • Assist in obtaining medicals as needed.
  • Assist in QA of child e-folder as needed.
  • Assist with all agency functions as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma
