About our Team

Our team is within the Solutions Consulting team supporting LNRS’ end to end Financial Crime and Compliance Lifecycle Management Platforms.

About The Role

You will support a high performing Solutions Consulting team supporting APAC wide sales activity, working collaboratively with Sales on an exciting range of customer projects across a wide range of regulated markets. You must have great interpersonal and communication skills, be highly motivated with a great sense of initiative.

Responsibilities

• Provides pre-sales technical expertise to the sales team and customers during the sales process.
• Provides technical input into bid proposals, projects and technical documents within the sales process and identifies additional sales opportunities with existing customers.
• Installs and demonstrates the organization's products at customer sites.
• Collaborates with sales teams to develop and recommend products and services to meet customers' requirements.
• Maintains up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of the organization's and competitors' products and/or services.
• Very experienced and/or qualified professional.
• Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and basic knowledge of related job disciplines.
• Demonstrates mastery of concepts and procedures in a specialism.
• Solves complex problems.
• Works independently, receives minimal guidance.
• May lead projects or project steps within a broader project or may have accountability for on-going activities or objectives.
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Requirements

• Experience in the Financial Crime and Compliance
• Experience working with prospective customers to identify and concisely reflect requirement
• Demonstrate Excellent consultative skills with the ability to collaborate and explore options., Demonstrate and effectively use active listening skills to understand client need
• Have organizational and project management skills and analytical and problem-solving skills to solve complex business problem
• Demonstrate excellent relationship building skills and the ability to collaborate and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
