Learning & Development Sales Trainer
Job Description
Overview
This business critical role will support CPM’s Learning & Development program through preparation and delivery of high quality classroom and field based sales & skills training. The role requires a creative and engaging approach to deliver and enhance the company’s L&D strategy. The Learning and Development Sales Trainer will be a champion for the company’s DNA values; We Care, We’re Curious, We Achieve Together, We’re People People.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver company and client specific inductions, and sales and skills programs across a range of CPM’s client teams
- Support with the delivery and application of development needs identified during the Probation and PDP processes
- Support the design and implement engaging development initiatives that will add value across CPM
- Deliver in-field coaching and training to new and existing members of CPM’s field teams
- Adapt to best practices and new trends & developments in the L&D space
- Plan, draft and manage key L&D communications
- Assist Senior Management with coordination of L&D activity across the business
- Influence and drive continuous improvement through creating and developing good working relationships with managers and employees
- Deliver weekly and monthly reports on department activity

Qualifications
· Experience working within an L&D and/or sales coaching environment
· A clear understanding of sales and field marketing
· Prior experience and proven advanced ability in Microsoft Office
· Third level Learning & Development or Sales Training qualification is an advantage
· Full drivers licence and own vehicle is preferable
