We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Manager to join our team. The Human Resources Manager will lead and oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, benefits administration, and compliance with state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices in healthcare or behavioral health settings and will support a culture of empathy, professionalism, and accountability.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, resolving issues with discretion and professionalism.
- Oversee benefits administration and work with vendors to ensure staff have access to the support they need.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws, licensure requirements, and HIPAA regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR policies, and procedures.
- Support training and development programs, including mandatory compliance training.
- Promote a culture of inclusion, wellness, and mutual respect across all departments.
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred.
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
