Role Overview

Lyric is hiring an Implementation Lead to manage and execute high-impact customer implementations on our AI-powered supply chain platform. This is a hybrid role that blends project leadership with hands-on technical delivery. You will work closely with Solution Architects, Customer Success Business Partners (Account Managers), and cross-functional teams to bring Lyric solutions to life for enterprise customers.

This role is ideal for professionals with consulting or professional services backgrounds who are looking to step into a delivery leadership role while staying close to the technology. You’ll be responsible for managing implementation timelines, coordinating stakeholders, configuring aspects of the Lyric platform, and ensuring successful outcomes. On larger engagements, you may also coach and guide junior team members.

You will work in close partnership with Customer Success Business Partners (Account Managers) to align delivery work with broader customer goals around adoption, value realization, and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation Management and Customer Delivery

  • Manage end-to-end delivery for professional services engagements, from kickoff to go-live

  • Serve as the day-to-day delivery lead for customers, ensuring timelines, milestones, and success criteria are met

  • Coordinate closely with Solution Architects and Customer Success Business Partners (Account Managers) to align implementation efforts with strategic account objectives

  • Lead recurring customer working sessions, workshops, and check-ins during the implementation lifecycle

Hands-On Platform Execution

  • Configure and test Lyric platform components including workflows, models, business logic, and UI elements

  • Troubleshoot issues, validate results, and ensure technical quality of the delivered solution

  • Work with customer data and planning teams to understand source systems and workflows

  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams when deeper platform support or enhancements are needed

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Coaching

  • Collaborate actively with Customer Success Business Partners (Account Managers) to ensure delivery progress is tightly aligned with customer needs and success milestones

  • On large programs, provide coaching and delivery oversight to junior implementation team members

  • Share implementation best practices and reusable components with peers and teammates

  • Maintain clear documentation and internal visibility into project progress, risks, and dependencies

Domain Focus Areas

Candidates should have strong working knowledge in at least one of the following areas:

  • Modeling and Analysis
    Help customers simulate and optimize supply chain networks, inventory strategies, transportation flows, and sourcing policies. You’ll use Lyric’s modeling environment to deliver scenario planning capabilities that support strategic decisions like capacity expansion, network redesign, and production frequency planning.

  • Planning and Execution
    Support operational and tactical workflows such as demand forecasting, supply and replenishment planning, fulfillment optimization, and S&OP. You’ll help customers embed science into their planning logic and design end-to-end flows that balance service, cost, and inventory risk.

  • Frontier Use Cases (AI and Machine Learning)
    Assist in building and deploying machine learning–driven forecasting, classification, and decision models. You’ll work alongside technical teams to deliver predictive capabilities—such as dynamic demand prediction, anomaly detection, or customer segmentation—and ensure they’re operationalized into real planning workflows.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6 to 12 years of experience in consulting, professional services, supply chain technology, or SaaS delivery

  • Strong project execution skills with experience managing enterprise solution implementations

  • Technical aptitude and comfort working directly with a data- and model-driven platform

  • Experience with at least one area of supply chain: simulation modeling, planning and execution, or AI/ML use cases

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer orientation

  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
