Sales Intelligence Analyst Overview:
As a Sales Intelligence Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our business strategy by analyzing customer behavior, preferences, and trends. You'll leverage AI-driven analytics and online research methodologies to uncover actionable insights that optimize customer experiences, enhance engagement, and drive business growth. Additionally, you will identify and source leads that match the ideal customer profile, supporting targeted outreach and conversion strategies.
Sales Intelligence Analyst Responsibilities:
• Utilize AI-driven analytics platforms to extract insights from customer data, including behavior, sentiment, and purchasing trends.
• Conduct online research to monitor industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and emerging technologies impacting customer engagement.
• Develop predictive models and segmentation strategies using AI to anticipate customer needs and preferences.
• Identify and source leads that align with the company’s ideal customer profile, using AI-powered tools and market research.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to integrate AI-powered insights into business strategies.
• Create and maintain and presentations to communicate finds effectively.
• Advocate for the ethical use of AI in customer analytics, ensuring compliance with privacy and security standards.
Sales Intelligence Analyst Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in leading sourcing techniques, online research methodologies, including AI-powered analytics tools, intelligence and trend forecasting.
• Ability to translate complex AI-driven insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and present data effectively.
• Strategic thinking with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
