Job Description
We’re looking for a results-driven and collaborative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Global Digital center of excellence and be responsible for strategic planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, lead generation and maximize ROI. This role is critical in driving targeted digital campaigns across a range of industries and market units, focusing on net new customer acquisition and paid media optimization.
You will focus specifically on the Asia Pacific, Japan, Middle East & Africa (APJMEA) region. You will work closely with Marketing Heads in different market units and business units, as well as the Install Base Marketing Manager, to execute and optimize digital strategies that align with regional and global objectives.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Campaign Execution: Promote and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns tailored for the APJMEA region, focusing on net new accounts across various industries.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with regional marketing heads and key internal stakeholders to align campaign objectives and deliverables.
- Paid Media Management: Lead and optimize LinkedIn and Demandbase advertising efforts to ensure effective targeting, engagement, and conversion across the region.
- Audience Segmentation & Targeting: Work with internal data teams and platforms to build accurate target lists and segmentation strategies based on buyer personas, industry, and account intent.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor digital campaign performance (e.g., impressions, CTR, CPL, engagement), generate insights, and recommend optimizations to improve campaign Return On Investment.
- Localization: Ensure regional digital assets and campaign messaging are localized and culturally relevant to APJMEA markets.
- Marketing Technology Use: Use platforms like Marketing Automation Systems (e.g., Marketo/Eloqua), CRM (e.g., HubSpot), and ABM platforms to execute and measure campaign success.
- Best Practices & Innovation: Stay on top of digital trends and platform updates to bring fresh ideas and efficiencies to the team’s digital execution.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- University or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of hands on experience running digital marketing and advertising campaigns for B2B lead generation
- Proven ability in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Hands-on expertise managing LinkedIn Ads, Demandbase, Marketo and CRM.
- Competency in campaign analysis, UTM strategy, and performance reporting via platforms like Google Analytics, Power BI, and Looker Studio.
- Data-driven with a strong understanding of campaign metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA etc.)
- The ability to produce reports for account performance (dashboards, monthly and ad hoc reporting)
- Proven ability to execute and measure paid media and ABM campaigns.
- Experience working across international teams and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously with tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with colleagues across diverse regions and teams.
- Expertise in marketing automation and CRM tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with the APJMEA region and cultural nuances.
- A keen interest in how AI can support digital marketing strategies and activities, and awareness of the ethical considerations to ensure responsible and ethical use of AI
