Human Resources Payroll Manager

On behalf of our client, a leading company in the Food Production Industry, we are looking to recruit an HR Payroll Manager.

• Manages end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable laws and internal policies
• Ensures full compliance with labor laws and internal procedures, including the transition to digital timekeeping systems
• Collaborates with Finance and Legal departments to ensure alignment of payroll and HR practices
• Handles employee relations issues and support conflict resolution
• Develops and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements
• Coordinates and administers HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, and offboarding
• Facilitates training and development programs to enhance employee skills
• Leads HR projects and initiatives across the organization
• Partners with senior management to address HR needs and strategic planning
• Remains informed on industry best practices and implement relevant HR improvements

• BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• MSc will be considered an advantage
• At least 10 years of HR experience
• Experience from FMCG/manufacturing industry will be considered as an asset
• Strong knowledge and understanding of HR processes and practices
• Excellent understanding of labor laws and regulations
• Knowledge of payroll procedures
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
