  • Pay: $17 per hour

Community Manager Responsibilities:

  • Ensure staffing meets individual authorizations, including PTO, training, and emergency coverage; provide direct support as needed.
  • Monitor CISS, ILST, and CP service usage to maximize authorized units.
  • Identify and implement enabling technology and natural supports in home/community settings.
  • Participate in COS and PCSP meetings; share updates on progress and integration.
  • Assist Direct Support Professionals with person-centered activity plans and calendars.
  • Model person-centered support in community settings.
  • Identify local opportunities for inclusion, volunteering, and natural supports.
  • Plan and coordinate social events, outings, and Special Olympics involvement.
  • Track and report social capital and community success stories.
  • Support engagement via the Emory Valley Center CP Facebook page.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of experience in the IDD field or a related area preferred.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Must have a valid Tennessee driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Duties may require occasional after-hours work and travel to organizational sites.
  • Required training/certifications provided by the organization including CPR/First Aid.
