Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on, performance-driven Product Marketing Manager to scale Augment’s growth engine. This role blends creative execution with scrappy experimentation and a deep focus on performance metrics. You’ll build campaigns, design visuals, write copy, launch outbound loops, run ads, and ship assets quickly—without waiting on big budgets or long approval chains.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to bring new AI features to market, accelerate adoption, and make logistics content punchy and current.
This is a role for an operator and storyteller in equal measure—someone who can open Webflow, Canva, HubSpot, and Clay and start generating results from day one.
What You’ll Do
Performance Marketing & Growth
Launch and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, and YouTube.
Analyze and improve conversion rates, CAC, and ROAS across the full funnel.
Leverage outbound tools like Clay, Apollo, and Instantly to run smart, automated outreach flows.
Content Creation & Campaign Execution
Design and ship native assets (ads, social posts, videos, infographics) using Canva, Figma, or similar.
Build and test landing pages in Webflow, Framer, or other no-code tools.
Write copy that converts—from headlines to outbound emails to product explainers.
Product Positioning & Go-to-Market
Craft compelling messaging and narratives for freight brokers, 3PLs, and logistics providers.
Collaborate with product to translate technical features into crisp, benefit-focused marketing.
Lead go-to-market strategy for product launches, campaigns, and thought leadership.
Analytics, Testing & Iteration
Run A/B tests and diagnose funnel performance using tools like HubSpot.
Track marketing KPIs and optimize campaigns for speed and ROI.
Cultural Fluency & Trend Awareness
Stay on top of trends across LinkedIn, TikTok, Shorts, and X to inspire relevant creative.
Bring edge and timeliness to a historically stale category.
What We're Looking For
3–5 years in growth marketing, demand gen, or product marketing at a B2B SaaS or AI startup.
Strong execution skills: you’ve built and run outbound/email sequences, landing pages, ads, and content pieces directly.
Experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or Instantly.
Proficiency with Webflow, Framer, or other no-code tools.
Obsession with performance: you iterate on creative to move the numbers, not just to ship pretty assets.
Excellent copywriting skills with clarity, edge, and adaptability across formats and tones.
Experience running cold outreach or enrichment loops using tools like Clay, PhantomBuster, or Zapier.
Familiarity with B2B sales funnels and how to support sales through demand generation.
Comfort operating with speed, autonomy, and limited resources.
Bonus Points
Experience marketing AI, SaaS, or logistics tech products.
Prior startup or zero-to-one GTM experience.
Experience partnering tightly with sales to close the loop on performance campaigns.
Familiarity with freight brokerage, 3PL, or logistics workflows.
