Your Role 

As a Staff Product Designer on the UI Design team, you will operate at the strategic intersection of product vision and user experience across the full [Ai]levate product portfolio, including our Revenue Recovery product that enables healthcare providers to optimize their claim management processes. You serve as both a strategic design leader and hands-on creative contributor, translating high-level product strategy into transformative user experiences that redefine how healthcare organizations interact through AI-powered automation. 

You'll contribute directly to the evolution of our design leadership and user experience strategy, ensuring that all design work is strategically aligned, user-centered, and built with innovation at its core. Your work will influence not just individual product experiences, but the organization-wide standards that drive design excellence, user adoption, and meaningful healthcare outcomes across our platform. 

In this role, you will: 

• Drive strategic design vision by operating at the highest level of product and UX strategy while leveraging your deep creative expertise to transform strategic concepts into compelling, user-centered experiences that advance AI adoption in healthcare environments. 

• Partner strategically with multiple stakeholders across Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to enhance usability, user experience, and visual language across our complete product portfolio, ensuring design decisions align with business objectives and user needs. 

• Lead design system evolution by spearheading the development and maintenance of our comprehensive design system and user experience strategy, with particular focus on usability optimization, consistency standards, and measurable end-user outcomes. 

• Design healthcare solutions with simplicity in mind by creating intuitive user flows, wireframes, and interfaces for sophisticated healthcare workflows and data visualization systems, addressing the unique challenges of AI-powered claim management and revenue optimization. 

• Champion user-centered design through comprehensive A/B testing, usability research, and systematic feedback incorporation to continuously refine and optimize user experiences across all product touchpoints and user journeys. 

• Elevate organizational design quality by providing strategic mentorship and establishing design standards that influence product development at every level, fostering a culture of design excellence throughout the organization. 

• Navigate healthcare complexity by partnering with clinical design partners to address healthcare-specific needs, regulatory requirements, and workflow considerations that are critical to user adoption and patient care outcomes. 

Your work will directly impact how our customers and end users work and achieve their goals in new innovative ways across different mediums and modalities, so that healthcare patients are able to be provided with the best care available to them. 

This is a strategic, high-impact leadership role ideal for senior design professionals who thrive in AI-driven healthcare environments and want to shape the future of how healthcare providers interact with intelligent automation systems to deliver superior patient care through innovative, user-centered design solutions. 

Your Responsibilities 

• Partnering with multiple stakeholders across Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to enhance the usability, user experience, and visual language of our products 

• Lead the development and evolution of our comprehensive design system and user experience strategy, with a focus on usability and end-user outcomes 

• Create intuitive user flows, wireframes, and designs for complex healthcare workflows and data visualization interfaces 

• Conduct A/B and usability testing to incorporate feedback to refine the user experience of our products 

• Provide mentorship and elevate the overall quality of design work across the organization 

• Partner with clinical design partners to address healthcare-specific needs 

Required Skills & Experience 

• 10+ years of UI design experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role 

• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design skills and systematic thinking 

• Experience building and maintaining design systems at scale 

• Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) 

• Expert knowledge of accessibility standards and designing for diverse user needs 

• Experience designing for complex workflows, preferably in healthcare or other regulated industries 

• Strong illustration skills, as well as experience designing iconography and engaging graphic elements 

• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions to cross-functional teams 
• Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)  

Nice-to-Have 

• Interest in Artificial Intelligence and Enterprise software
