Power Platform Developer

As a Power Platform Developer at Tek Spikes, you will leverage the capabilities of Microsoft Power Platform to deliver dynamic applications and automate workflows that enhance business efficiency. Your role involves designing, developing, and deploying solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, enabling stakeholders to make data-driven decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop custom applications using Power Apps to meet business requirements and improve user experience.
• Design and automate workflows utilizing Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency.
• Implement data analytics and visualization using Power BI to support business intelligence initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications and workflows, ensuring high reliability and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and best practices to innovate and enhance existing solutions.
• Assist in training users and providing technical guidance on Power Platform functionalities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in application development using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse and integration capabilities with SharePoint and other systems.

- Proficiency in developing custom connectors and using REST APIs to connect with third-party services.

- Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance aspects of Power Platform.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Azure services and Power Platform administration.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools.
