Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding the online marketplace.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, order processing, and platform features.
• Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
• Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve user experience and address any service issues.
• Stay informed about marketplace trends, policies, and best practices to provide knowledgeable support.

• Fluency in Spanish and English; proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.
• Previous experience in customer support, ideally within online marketplaces or e-commerce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
