Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with inquiries related to digital marketing services, SEO strategies, and campaign performance.
• Provide clear explanations of services offered and help clients utilize our solutions effectively.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference and follow-up.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to relay client feedback and improve service offerings.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to offer informed assistance and guidance.

• Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the digital marketing or SEO industry, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
