Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking users via phone, email, and live chat.
- Help customers with account management, order inquiries, and platform functionalities.
- Effectively resolve customer concerns and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless support and address any technical issues.
- Stay informed about platform updates and best practices to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Fluency in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Experience in customer support, particularly in online marketplaces or e-commerce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and competence in standard office software.
