Midlab is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position will provide exceptional support and sales solutions to our valued customers. This role is a blend of customer engagement, sales growth, and administrative support, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to purchase.
This position will work on-site in Athens, TN.

Responsibilities include:
- Provide assistance via e-mail and phone to customers and sales reps regarding products, orders and other information.
- Daily entry of orders received by phone or email.
- Acknowledgement of orders as received by customer.
- Match Bill of Ladings with orders after shipment daily.
- Maintains daily report with KPIs that is issued to the management team for review
- Create account adjustments and returns requested by customers and submit to accounting as needed.
- Assist with any and all freight claims provided by customers and/or carrier partners.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or
- Two to three (2-3) years related experience; or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Inside Sales Experience Preferred
Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
