We’re seeking a strategic and forward thinking CFO to join our executive team and lead Constrafor’s financial and operational strategy through its next stage of growth. As a key thought partner to the CEO, you will drive critical initiatives across finance, fundraising, and business operations. From liquidity planning and capital markets to forecasting, internal controls, and systems scalability, you’ll play a central role in shaping company direction and enabling sustainable, data-driven growth.
- Optimize profitability, cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation decisions.
- Lead execution of capital markets initiatives (equity and credit), including structuring, due diligence, modeling, and investor engagement.
- Oversee financial operations including accounting, FP&A, tax, compliance, and treasury.
- Develop scalable financial systems, internal controls, and KPIs to support growth and operations.
- Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to execute our vision.
- Develop and manage relationships with capital providers across credit and equity markets.
- Understand and articulate Constrafor’s credit profile and asset performance drivers to investors and external stakeholders.
- Own and evolve the company’s liquidity strategy, ensuring optimal capital structure and risk-adjusted growth.
- Support investor relations efforts through transparent financial reporting and strategic communications.
- Drive operational efficiency across departments by designing scalable systems, processes, and performance metrics.
- Develop and lead a high performing Finance & Operations team.
- 8+ years of experience in Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Structured Credit, or related strategic finance roles.
- Prior leadership experience as CFO or Head of Finance at a high-growth tech startup.
- Deep expertise in capital markets, liquidity planning, financial controls, and corporate finance.
- Proven success in fundraising and managing investor relationships.
- Exceptional modeling, structuring, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build processes and teams from the ground up.
- BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred.
- Experience with fintech, SaaS, or payments businesses is a plus.
- Competitive Salary: $200,000-240,000 base DOE.
