Setting strategic direction and overseeing the execution of marketing and customer engagement strategies to drive sales growth in collaboration with in-country sales channels and IGT-Systems & IGT-Devices businesses.
Your role:
Defines, owns and executes the regional downstream annual marketing plans for assigned products across Europe and the United State and provides input into the customer engagement (CDJ) strategy to increase market & sales growth. Lead cross-functional team to successfully launch new products, developing comprehensive plans that include positioning, messaging, promotion, and education for both sales teams and customers.
Facilitate perfect and flawless new product introductions and launches, ensuring cohesive interaction with the IGT businesses/markets during the business marketing process and driving alignment with marketing strategies. Collaborate with Product Management to develop and execute end-of-life (EOL) and phase-out strategies for products, including coordinating the discontinuation process, managing inventory reduction, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth transition for customers while minimizing business disruption and optimizing remaining product value.
Build relationships with customers and the sales team to gain market insight, enhance clinical practice, and implement programs for market & sales growth. Collaborate with sales on targeting and lead identification, providing business intelligence and supporting lead generation, boosting awareness/preference, and increasing market share for assigned products.
Determines the sales training needs and works together with sales, marketing, and education teams to create and deliver sales training programs to meet these needs. Guides and supports regional sales teams as a subject matter expert with extensive product and market knowledge, providing strategic insights, training, and resources to enhance their effectiveness and align marketing initiatives with sales goals.
Develop and recommend pricing and promotion strategies that drive sales, enhance market positioning, and boost profitability, ensuring that all strategies are data-driven to effectively respond to market dynamics. Examine market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to evaluate the effectiveness of existing pricing strategies and conducts pricing analysis, thus identifying potential opportunities for optimization to enhance competitiveness and profitability.
Other responsibilities include driving customer adoption, enhance brand awareness, supporting market growth through collaborative efforts with sales teams, KOL networks, and marketing intelligence, while executing strategic go-to-market initiatives and serving as a LumiGuide brand ambassador.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 7+ years working experience in global product management / business development and have in-depth knowledge and experience in endovascular therapy.
Your skills include the ability to develop close, productive relationships with the sales organization, regional managers, key opinion leaders, and other stakeholders to understand product performance and customer needs.
You have a Bachelor's/master’s degree in marketing or equivalent level of working experience in vascular surgery.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. Willing to travel up to 30%.
You’re a self-starter with ability to learn quickly and self-educate on different medical device products, procedures, application trends and a demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment, including leading discussions and presenting to customers & influencing stakeholders.
You have excellent written English and oral communications skills and strong skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
