We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Presentation & Communications Specialist to support the Global talent team. This contractor role focuses on designing PowerPoint documents, creating engaging presentations, drafting communications and newsletters, and ensuring all materials are brand compliant. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, the ability to conduct light research on HR topics, and a talent for crafting compelling materials that enhance communications.

Responsibilities

  • Presentation Design: Develop visually appealing presentations and packs that align with the firm’s branding guidelines.
  • Content Creation: Draft clear, professional, and engaging communications, including newsletters, announcements, and mailers.
  • Brand Compliance: Ensure all presentations and communications adhere to the firm’s global brand standards.
  • Research & Material Development: Conduct light research on HR topics and create informative content that supports the HR team’s initiatives.
  • Creative Input: Bring fresh and innovative ideas to enhance communication strategies and presentation designs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in PowerPoint design, PowerBI, presentations, and professional communication materials.
  • Strong creative skills with a keen eye for design and branding.
  • Excellent writing and editing abilities for clear and engaging communications.
  • Ability to research topics and translate findings into compelling materials.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the HR leadership team.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications

  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint certification or proven expertise in presentation design.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in presentation design and professional communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design is advantageous.
