Key Responsibilities:

● Manage and maintain electronic and paper filing systems

● Answer and direct incoming calls and messages

● Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and healthcare professionals

● Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports

● Monitor and order office supplies and equipment

● Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees

● Coordinate and oversee the completion of paperwork and forms

● Maintain confidentiality and handle all sensitive information with professionalism

● Handle other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the management team

Qualifications:

● High school diploma or equivalent

● Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
