Senior Product Designer ( Zeema )

 We're looking for a skilled Product Designer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in fintech and a proven ability to navigate fast-paced, unstructured environments. You'll be responsible for designing user-centered products, simplifying complex processes, and creating intuitive, impactful experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for fintech products.
• Conduct user research to gain insights into customer needs and behaviors.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align design goals with business objectives.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and changing project requirements.
• Maintain a high standard of visual and interaction design.

• Proven experience in fintech product design.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, startup environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to unstructured challenges.
• Expertise in Figma and design systems.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Clarity, Hotjar, and Google Analytics.
