The Role:

As part of the UGG trading team, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Trade Marketing in delivering successful Trade Marketing Plans for BeNeLux, Eastern Europe, and Switzerland by building successful partnerships with our wholesale clients and implementing innovative UGG brand experiences in their in-store and online environments that successfully engage their target consumer. All in line with the strategic business plan and objectives. Actively participates in projects and working parties, or carries out any other duties that may be outside the standard remit, that will benefit the individual, the Division, or the Company as a whole.

Your Impact:

  • Work with the Head of Trade Marketing to identify regional marketing needs and manage the creation of regional trade marketing materials.
  • Develop bespoke campaigns that target our wholesale partner’s consumers and align with seasonal brand campaign objectives.
  • Collate and share marketing tools and activity across the region, working with both Global and local offices.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all BeNeLux, Eastern Europe, and Switzerland trade marketing queries relating to brand collateral and tools.
  • Manage the collation and creation of regional reports, including monthly KPIs and campaign reviews.

  • Commercially minded individual and team player with strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Exceptional attention to detail

We would Love to Hear from People with:                  

  • Fluent in English (Additional languages an advantage)
  • Marketing related degree
  • Experience in a brand marketing department (local or regional level)
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Build good relationships with internal teams by understanding the needs of the local market and specific accounts.
