Job Description

ZeptoLab is looking for a Project Manager to join our team on the awesome game Bullet Echo. You’ll create a space where passionate professionals work together, grow, and deliver great results. We mix Kanban, Agile, and PMBOK to get things done.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the value delivery process, all project-related delivery questions and delivery pipeline on projects;
  • Work with multiple teams at different maturity levels, both internal and external driving project team performance;
  • Facilitate team meetings and activities
  • Implement and improve agile practices; Help the team choose the most suitable practices and tools for effectively organizing their work, including training on new practices and explaining their purpose and value;
  • Support the team in regularly inspecting and adapting their processes, encouraging continuous improvement;
  • Identify bottlenecks in company processes and support their resolution.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience working as a Project Manager;
  • Have a broad knowledge and deep understanding of both the principles of classic project management and the Agile-related practices, values and principles;
  • Have a proven success of working with Agile teams;
  • Easily build trustful connections with people, be empathic, humble and not ego-driven;
  • Be open to the new knowledge and be willing to constantly evolve and develop in their role;
  • Fluent English and Russian.

Nice to have

  • Run the process of the preparation and launching the mobile game projects globally;
  • Develop the projects with the outsource teams from scratch;
  • Manage the non-gaming projects and activities, for example, the internal infrastructure projects;
  • Kanban Management Professional certification is a big plus.
