A Day in the Life: Carrier Compliance Team Lead

Are you a detail-driven leader who thrives on organization, teamwork, and mitigating risk? Trinity is seeking a Carrier Compliance Team Lead to guide our Compliance team in keeping our carrier network safe, reliable, and efficient. In this role, you’ll serve as a critical support for our RSCs and Agents—overseeing vetting processes, conducting thorough risk evaluations, and ensuring carriers meet company standards.

You’ll work closely with the Director of Carrier Compliance to identify and manage areas of risk, lead training efforts, and shape the strategy and performance of your team. You’ll also collaborate across departments to improve processes, resolve carrier issues, and uphold Trinity’s commitment to service and safety.

Job Requirements: Is This for You?

• Previous experience in compliance or logistics strongly preferred
• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop others
• Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills
• Ability to stay organized and lead in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Passion for process improvement and team success
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and TMS systems
