What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinating interviews across multiple time zones and calendars

• Communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Managing and maintaining data across our ATS and internal systems

• Supporting the delivery team with scheduling, reporting, and admin tasks

• Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve coordination processes

What makes you a great fit?

• You’re fluent in English with great communication skills

• You have 1–2 years of experience in coordination, recruiting ops, or admin

• You’re insanely organized, fast-moving, and solution-oriented

• You’re confident working with tools like Google Calendar, ATSs, and spreadsheets

• You’re proactive, detail-focused, and enjoy supporting others behind the scenes
