At Carry, we help clients build wealth through smart tax optimization. We started with the Solo 401k for self-employed business owners, and are rapidly adding new products and services across tax, accounting and investing.

About the role:

We’re looking for a highly driven Partnerships Manager to lead and grow Carry’s external relationships with creators, financial influencers, and platforms. This role will lead our affiliate and partnerships program, driving growth by building a robust network of collaborators and promotional partners. You’ll work closely with marketing and leadership to help Carry further establish itself as the go-to name in tax-optimized wealth management.

You’ll be responsible for running our affiliate program, managing and expanding creator and influencer partnerships, coordinating co-branded content, and hosting live educational workshops with partners. You will:

  • Own and scale our affiliate and partnership programs as a major growth channel

  • Build and maintain relationships with influential creators and their teams (e.g. Codie Sanchez, Sam Parr, Sophia Amoruso)

  • Host live weekly workshops and educational events with partners to drive lead generation

  • Coordinate co-marketing content such as guest posts, backlink campaigns, and social media collaborations

  • Support the planning and execution of major events, including a 1,000+ person flagship event in NYC

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, ops, and product to align partnerships with company goals

Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years experience in partnerships, business development, or influencer/affiliate marketing

  • Proven track record of managing creator or affiliate relationships and driving measurable results

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience coordinating digital workshops/webinars, events, or collaborative campaigns

  • Plus: A passion for fintech, creators, or the intersection of media and personal finance

  • Plus: Experience marketing regulated financial products

  • Bonus: familiarity with performance marketing, PR, or SEO
