Key Responsibilities

  • Exceed Targets: Take ownership of sales objectives and consistently strive to surpass expectations.
  • Plan & Execute: Create and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand our reach.
  • Forecast Accurately: Oversee sales and marketing activities and stay on top of reporting.
  • Master Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our online training courses to clearly communicate their value.
  • Embrace Evolution: Learn from challenges, adapt to market dynamics, and contribute to a progressive team culture.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 4+ years of proven professional experience in a senior sales, marketing, or business development role.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to succeed in an autonomous capacity.
