Manager of Emergency Room RN
Location: Kingwood, TX 77339
Shift: Full-time, Evenings

Salary: $39.04 – $58.56 per hour (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
Relocation Assistance: Case by case

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversight for the daily operations of a busy Emergency Room in a 420+ bed hospital.

• Manage clinical staff, ensure adherence to policies and standards, and deliver exceptional patient care.

• Collaborate with the Director to drive department performance and meet patient satisfaction goals.

• Act as a resource for education, decision-making, and crisis management in the ER.

• Support employee engagement and enforce quality control processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required

• Active RN license in Texas or Compact State (must obtain TX license within 90 days if applicable)

• Current BLS and ACLS certification (AHA) required

• TNCC and PALS certifications required

• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care leadership experience in an Emergency Department (within the past year)

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
