Brand and Content Manager - Mining

Sandvik Finland, Tampere Full-time
N/A
per year

Job Description

Do you have a keen eye for detail, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to stay calm and solution-oriented under pressure? This could be your role! Business area Mining is now looking to recruit an experienced Brand & Content Manager.

About your new team

You’ll be part of a team of five reporting to the business area Vice President of Marketing and Communications, working autonomously but in close collaboration with the other team members as the need arises and responsibilities overlap.

About your job
Your mission is to ensure consistent and impactful brand application across various formats, including videos, presentations, merchandise, facility branding, and events. While regional exhibitions are managed locally, global events require hands-on project management and coordination with external vendors to ensure high standards. The role also involves editorial oversight—ensuring content such as customer case stories is effectively published across appropriate channels—and upholding Sandvik’s brand values in all aspects.

As and when required, your role includes coordinating the production of a customer magazine in collaboration with an external agency, maintaining the business area's corporate presentation, and representing the Mining business area in brand and content forums. A strong understanding of the Sandvik brand guidelines is essential, along with the ability to train others and support acquired companies in branding-related matters. Attention to detail, stakeholder alignment, and the ability to stay calm and solution-oriented under pressure are key to success in this role.

The location for this role is flexible but should be near to a Sandvik facility and within/close to the central European time zone.

About you
We're looking for an experienced and proactive brand and content marketing specialist with a strong track record in creating and delivering high-quality, innovative content strategies across multiple channels. As this role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, you're comfortable with both planning and rolling up your sleeves to get things done. You hold a relevant degree and are an expert in brand management, content creation, event planning, design, supplier coordination, and project management. An eye for design is key, as is fluency in English language, both spoken and written.

This role calls for an energetic and self-driven individual, capable of working at speed, but always with close attention to detail.  Self-assured, you’re not afraid of standing firm to protect the Sandvik brand, whilst always maintaining good relationships and a measured, pleasant approach. The ability to train, guide and coach others in the use of the Sandvik brand is essential, as is an eye for design and layout, always within the confines of the brand.
