Sales Account Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Sales Manager to strengthen our presence in the Polish market by supporting the growth of the FHN equipment portfolio, with a strong focus on K-Tron feeders and associated technologies. The role involves driving sales activities, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving defined business objectives in alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and grow customer relationships in Poland.
• Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive business growth.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Coperion products, policies, and market trends.
• Accurately prepare quotations, select appropriate equipment, and ensure commercial terms align with company standards.
• Monitor and follow up on open quotations, leads, and demo equipment.
• Participate in trade shows, customer presentations, and roadshows.
• Support the order-closing process and ensure contract compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely and effective support.
• Strengthen market reach and increase margins by acquiring new customers strategically.

Requirements:

• Technical background, ideally complemented by education or training in business, technical sales, or general management.
• At least 3 – 5 years of experience in technical sales or application engineering.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Willingness to travel across Poland (approx. 50–70%).
• Industry experience in food or pharmaceutical production, bulk material handling, or extrusion preferred.
• Solid understanding of sales processes, marketing techniques, and process technologies.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.
