About the Role  

In this position, you will:  

·         Lead and motivate the production team to achieve all key performance indicators (KPIs).

·         Oversee and provide training to Pre-Site, Procurement, and Warehouse personnel.

·         Manage pre-production activities and promptly address mechanical issues.

·         Develop, communicate, and enforce company policies and procedures.

·         Conduct weekly staff meetings to review pre-production concerns and drive solutions.

·         Provide strategic direction and performance management for direct reports, including hiring, employee relations, and disciplinary actions.

·         Regularly review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize productivity and minimize errors.

·         Implement cross-training opportunities to strengthen team capabilities and ensure business continuity.

·         Foster strong vendor relationships and manage partnerships with local dealers.

·         Maintain company fleet vehicles and forklifts in good working condition.

·         Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and workplace safety protocols.

·         Deliver exceptional customer service while proactively addressing departmental needs.

  

Key Qualifications  

·         3-5 years of experience in management and/or a supervisory role.

·         Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).

·         Prior leadership experience in the home improvement, remodeling, or construction industry preferred.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.

·         Working knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA regulations preferred.

·         Project Management certification (PM) preferred or willingness to obtain.

·         Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

·         Ability to lift 50+ lbs occasionally and work in varied environmental conditions (heat/cold).

·         Combination of office work and on-site fieldwork at job sites.

·         Exposure to moderate noise levels in office settings; fieldwork may involve higher noise levels.
