Location: Fort Myers, FL Onsite/Hybrid

We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit for key non-clinical roles across our centers, including front desk, schedulers, medical records, and insurance verification. If you love fast-paced recruiting, relationship-building, and making a real impact—this role is for you.

Requirements

What You'll Do:

• Full-cycle recruitment for all imaging support roles
• Partner with hiring managers to meet staffing needs quickly and effectively
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and smooth onboarding
• Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience from start to finish.
• Coordinate radiology students working with colleges and leaders. 

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience (healthcare preferred but not required)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
