We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to define and lead a new category in demand intelligence. In this strategic role, you’ll own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy, translating deep customer and market insights into compelling narratives that fuel adoption, awareness, and revenue. You’ll partner closely with Product, Data, and GTM teams to guide roadmap decisions, shape how our platform is brought to market, and champion the real-world impact of our data for key personas - especially data science, forecasting, and ops teams.
This is a high-impact role for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and systems thinking. We’re looking for someone ready to help a high-growth company educate the market, win new segments, and power the future of AI-ready decision-making.
As our Product Marketing Manager, you will:
- Elevate PredictHQ's Positioning as the Demand Intelligence Leader -Refine solution and platform messaging to clearly differentiate our value proposition to data science, forecasting, and operational teams across multiple industries, within the first 3 months.
- Develop Persona-Based Messaging Frameworks for Three New Vertical Use Cases - Collaborate closely with Product and Sales to build detailed buyer personas and craft tailored messaging that drives pipeline growth and cross-functional enablement, within 5 months.
- Create a Full Set of Product Marketing Assets to Support Field Enablement - Deliver launch briefs, value narratives, product sheets, solution pages, and internal tools that equip Sales and CS teams to lead informed, confident conversations within 5 months.
- Build and Operationalize Competitive Intelligence Systems - Own and continuously update competitive insights, including win/loss trends, objection handling, and positioning guidance that shapes the roadmap and sales strategy, within 7 months.
- Become the Voice of the Customer for our Product Roadmap - Lead customer and market research initiatives to surface insights that shape product direction, go-to-market efforts, and messaging priorities, within 9 months.
- Launch and Scale Go-To-Market for Two Major Product Releases - Define, execute, and measure end-to-end GTM strategies for key platform innovations, including segmentation, packaging, and launch performance tracking, within one year.
Skills, Knowledge and Competencies
- Proven success in B2B product marketing for technical or data-driven products (e.g., AI/ML platforms, APIs, developer tools, analytics SaaS).
- Strong storyteller with the ability to simplify technical concepts and position them around business impact.
- Strategic thinker with deep empathy for technical buyers. You’re comfortable working across both technical and commercial audiences.
- Experienced in launching products, defining go-to-market motions, and building messaging from the ground up.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, especially with Product, R&D, Sales, and Growth teams.
- Confident in managing competitive research, market intelligence, and persona development.
