Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about book availability, orders, and returns.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and address customer needs.
- Stay up-to-date on book offerings and industry trends to provide well-informed recommendations.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer support, preferably in the retail or book industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
- A genuine love for books and reading to help guide customers in their selections.
