Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders, delivery times, and product availability.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and resolutions to customer issues.
- Stay informed about grocery promotions, product selections, and delivery policies to provide accurate information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote satisfaction and retention.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the grocery or delivery service industry.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Proficient in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
