Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with reservations, flight changes, cancellations, and other inquiries.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues and provide timely information.
- Stay informed about airline policies, destinations, and promotions to offer knowledgeable assistance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or airline industry, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
