Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop accurate job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain organized records of candidates and recruitment processes.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience, providing timely feedback and support throughout the process.

• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
• No experience required; we provide comprehensive training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with online recruitment tools and social media platforms is a plus.
