Optimum RV is a premier RV dealership committed to providing a comprehensive and enjoyable RV buying experience. We offer a wide selection of recreational vehicles and exceptional customer service. We are seeking skilled and experienced Social Media Marketplace Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

This role combines the excitement of RV sales with the fast-paced environment of an online marketplace business development center. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers—answering inquiries, following up on leads, setting appointments, and helping guide customers through their RV buying journey.

 

·       Respond promptly to online inquiries, messages, phone calls, emails, and texts. 

·       Follow up with sales leads to schedule showroom visits

·        Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.

·       Assist customers in finding RVs that meet their needs, budget, and lifestyle from online marketplace accounts.

·       Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth hand-offs and support throughout the buying process.

·       Stay informed on current inventory, pricing, financing options, and promotions.

·        Achieve individual and team sales goals and follow performance benchmarks.

·       Deliver exceptional customer service to build trust and encourage repeat business. 

·       Strong understanding of online marketplace policies, trends, and best practices.

·       All other responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in RV, automotive, or BDC sales is a plus.

·       Experience with online marketplace sales, including product listings and buyer communication.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with strong time management and follow-up skills.

·       Proficient with CRM systems and digital communication tools.

  • Willingness to learn detailed product information and sales strategies.
  • High school diploma or GED required; some college or formal sales training preferred.

·       Valid driver’s license required.

·       Customer service background strongly preferred.
