We are looking for a Technical Trainer to join our YAMAHA division and actively contribute to our continued growth and excellence. If you're driven by training and the thrill of two wheels, we’d love to meet you.

You will be called to:

  • Participate in “Train the Trainer” technical seminars organized by YAMAHA Motor Academy to stay aligned with global standards
  • Evaluate the training needs of our authorized dealer workshops, focusing on motorcycle service technicians and keeping pace with new models, tools, technologies, and service processes
  • Design and develop tailored technical training curricula, aligned with YAMAHA’s specifications, using service manuals, product updates, and training content
  • Deliver engaging, high-quality technical training sessions, both in-person and online, to service and sales teams of authorized dealers across Greece
  • Translate and localize Technical Service Information (TSI) into Greek, ensuring timely updates to the dealer network knowledge base
  • Provide technical support to our authorized dealers when needed
  • Investigate and document complex field cases, compiling detailed technical reports for further analysis by YAMAHA's engineering teams
  • Track and report training effectiveness, ensuring our Service Network Engineers consistently meet YAMAHA’s compliance and quality benchmarks
  • Engineers’ training with manufacturer (YAMAHA) compliance standards
  • Conduct regular dealer audits to uphold service excellence and ensure full alignment with YAMAHA’s global service standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • Previous experience in technical training or technical support will be considered a strong asset
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to create an interactive learning environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent command of English both written and oral
  • Proficient in use of ERP and MS Office
  • Motorcycle driving license
  • Ability to travel occasionally as required by the role
