Talent Acquisition Partner
Job Description
A Real Look at the Role
One of the most valuable things a recruiter can do is give candidates a clear, honest picture of the role—what it takes to succeed, what challenges to expect, and whether it’s truly the right fit. So, let’s start with that:
Impact:
This isn’t just a recruiting role—it’s a key position that directly affects our ability to operate. You’ll be the driving force behind keeping our manufacturing production lines staffed and running. When we’re short on people, lines slow or shut down. When you’re doing your job well, the entire site feels it—and thrives because of it.
Workload & Expectations:
You’ll be independently responsible for hiring 12–15 front-line manufacturing associates per week. That includes everything from sourcing and screening to engaging, assessing, and closing candidates. You’ll need to move fast, stay organized, and own your pipeline from start to finish. It's fast-paced, high-impact work—perfect for someone who thrives under pressure and takes pride in results. This is an onsite role - that has some flexibility but expectations to be in office 4 days a week at minimum and some flexibility to support events or activities during off hours (for instance setting up a once a month hiring event for our overnight shifts might mean working on night a month during off hours).
Tools & Innovation:
We’re currently using Greenhouse as our ATS—it gets the job done, but we know there's room to improve. We'd love your support to make it even better. We’re looking for someone who’s tech-savvy, process-driven, and not afraid to challenge the status quo. If you can spot opportunities to make things better and help drive the change, you'll make a big impact here.
Facility Overview
Our Hazelwood facility operates 24 hours a day, Monday through Friday, with our front-line associates often working weekends to help meet production goals.
