Session: Fall 2025: August 19 to December 18, 2025

(The McGill exam sessions take place over two weeks after the end of classes, and Course Lecturer are expected to be available on the day of a scheduled final exam and are required to grade final exams as part of their contract).

Schedule: Lecture – Monday and Thursday 2:30 - 4:30.

Salary :  $11,745.93

Teaching Qualification Requirements

Education: Master’s degree in English or equivalent

Experience: Prior teaching experience at the college level, with this or similar program specific (602-200) English courses, with evidence of effective teaching.  Relevant non-teaching experience (presentations, workshops, field days, professional consultation, etc) or professional practice will also be considered.

Other: A lecturer who has taught the course twice previously, is considered to meet the TQR’s.
