Job Description

About the company

Why We Built Lyric: Supply chains are more critical and complex than ever. Every day, large enterprises navigate trillions of possible decisions that could impact the bottom line. Powerful algorithms and AI can address these problems, yet most organizations struggle to leverage supply chain AI at scale - the current SCM technologies are either rigid, limited scope point solutions or require building custom solutions in-house, which demand immense expertise and investment.

That is—until now.

Enter Lyric: Lyric is an enterprise AI platform built specifically for supply chains, offering the best of both worlds:

  • Out-of-the-box AI solutions for optimizing networks, allocating inventory, scheduling routes, planning fulfillment capacity, promising orders, propagating demand, building predictions, analyzing scenarios, and more, plus

  • A platform-first approach that empowers both business and technical users with end-to-end composability—leveraging no-code tools, their own code, or even forking our code to build and refine decision intelligence

With Lyric, enterprises no longer have to choose between flexibility and speed—they get both.

The Mission: We’re building a new era in supply chain with the team best equipped to lead it. With over 20 years at the intersection of supply chain and algorithms, we developed a deep conviction that global supply chains needed something like Lyric. Since our inception in December 2021, that conviction has been validated time and time again.

Today, a growing number of Fortune 500 companies—including Smurfit WestRock, Estée Lauder, Coca-Cola, Nike, and more—are innovating on their own terms with Lyric.

We can’t wait to see what our customers—both current and future—are empowered to build with us next. Come build with us.

Role Overview

As a Product Analyst at Lyric, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our product operations are smooth, our feedback cycles are structured, and our customer-facing features are grounded in data. You’ll not only drive key executional responsibilities but also help shape how product decisions are made—through analytics, user behaviour insight, release orchestration, and structured feedback loops.

You’ll be a force multiplier for the product team—bringing systems thinking to everything from release communications to Whatfix flows, environment management to usage telemetry.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

  • Release Coordination: Maintain and continuously improve the release communication process—ensuring mailing lists are accurate, upgrade/maintenance notices are timely, and release activities are orchestrated end-to-end.

  • Customer Environment Management: Coordinate with DevOps to track and manage the provisioning of new customer environments and ensure visibility for internal teams.

  • User Workflows & Feature Testing: Own the QA and validation of User workflows and new features, ensuring quality benchmarks are upheld before release.

Analytics & Insight

  • Product Usage Analytics: Own PostHog dashboards and instrumentation; monitor adoption of new features and distill key insights to the product and customer teams.

  • Feedback Collation: Aggregate user feedback from multiple internal and external channels (e.g., CSMs, Slack, Notion, support tickets) into structured insights for product planning.

  • Whatfix Flow Ownership: Act as the PM owner for Whatfix—ensuring our self-serve user journeys are updated, relevant, and tied to strategic initiatives.

Strategic Contribution

  • Contribute to product roadmap decisions by analyzing qualitative and quantitative inputs and identifying product opportunities or usability gaps.

  • Serve as the connective tissue between product, engineering, and customer success—ensuring voice of customer, release execution, and product metrics are aligned.

  • Recommend process improvements across product development and rollout cycles to improve predictability and scale.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years in a product operations, product analyst, or associate product management role, ideally in a SaaS or B2B platform company

  • Experience with analytics platforms (PostHog, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar)

  • Comfort working with low-code tools (e.g., Whatfix, Notion, Zapier) and interfacing with engineering and DevOps

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills—able to manage multiple workflows without losing sight of broader goals

  • Clear communicator with a bias for structured thinking and documentation

Why Join Us

  • Build foundational systems that scale with a fast-growing AI-driven company

  • Be part of a high-trust, low-ego culture that values impact over hierarchy

  • Help shape how the next generation of supply chain software is built and delivered
