We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead post-sale relationships across a portfolio of high-value B2B clients. You’ll serve as the trusted advisor for each account—owning onboarding, driving adoption, and guiding clients toward success with our AI-powered solutions.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at relationship-building, and brings a strategic mindset to every interaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the full post-sale lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, expansion, renewal

  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and end users

  • Conduct regular check-ins and success reviews to keep accounts on track

  • Identify growth opportunities and partner with Sales on upsell strategies

  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for client needs

  • Track activities, risks, and outcomes in CRM systems

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years in account management, customer success, or strategic partnerships

  • Experience managing B2B SaaS clients with complex workflows

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Comfort working cross-functionally with product, sales, and support teams

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), Slack, and Airtable
