Growth & Technology Architect
Job Description
The Role
This isn’t a traditional sales or marketing role—it’s a Growth & Technology Architect role. You are the system builder, the AI whisperer, the tech-savvy strategist who connects founder vision to velocity. Your mission is to architect smart, scalable infrastructure that allows BlockParty to grow without bloating—and make every human interaction feel more intentional.
Working alongside the Sales Manager, you’ll power our outreach engine, operationalize GTM strategies, and embed automation across the customer journey. You’ll bring rigor, insight, and experimentation to the way we generate business—and build a roadmap others can run with.
The Four Levers of Success in this Role
Growth & Systems Architecture
Audit and implement AI tools and CRM automations (Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.)
Design scalable sales funnels and outreach flows for 6+ venues
Build dashboards that give real-time visibility into bookings, leads, and conversion
Create systemized playbooks, onboarding docs, and internal GPTs for sales ops
Strategic Infrastructure & Go-to-Market Execution
Translate founder vision into testable business experiments and channel strategies
Build and refine revenue pathways: events, catering, activations, partnerships
Identify underserved market segments and community needs within a 3-mile radius
Track KPIs, feedback, and process performance to drive constant iteration
Team Activation & Enablement
Serve as internal operations architect and strategic enablement partner
Equip the Sales Manager and event leads with tools, templates, and automations
Collaborate on campaign strategy, brand moments, and digital customer experience
Explore AI agents, GPTs, and low-code solutions to optimize routine workflows
A Few Things We Want You Thinking About:
What’s your approach to building an AI-enabled growth engine from scratch?
Share a system you created that replaced manual workflows or improved conversion
Walk us through how you’ve supported a sales org through infrastructure
How do you stay current with automation, CRM, and growth tooling?
This if for you if...
You’re a system-first thinker who can see workflows before they exist
You’re a tech-forward operator with both curiosity and execution muscle
You’re a collaborator who thrives at the intersection of vision and logistics
You’re a builder who wants to reimagine legacy industries—not just tweak them
Skills & Experience
Required Experience:
5+ years in growth strategy, operations, revenue systems, or business development
Strong technical acumen across CRMs, automation, and AI-powered tools
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing business systems from scratch
Deep collaboration with sales/marketing teams to support customer acquisition

What We are Not Looking For...
This isn’t a cold-call factory or a transactional sales gig. We’re a team of people who care deeply about how we move, not just what we sell.
You might want to hold off if:
You need detailed roadmaps vs. building the path
You're stuck in pre-AI sales tactics or traditional org design
You're uncomfortable with ambiguity, experimentation, or iteration
