Fiscal Coordinator - SDP
Salary Range: $47,618 - $57,141
GGRC is looking for a Fiscal Coordinator for our Self-Determination Program who under the general direction of the Manager of Fiscal Services, the Fiscal Coordinator – SDP will be responsible to assist case management the submission of Self-Determination Program (SDP) Purchase of Services (POS).
Responsibilities:
- Review SDP cases that are ready for POS submission to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Review SDP cases that need a change POS
- Review spending plan for completeness before transfers and ensuring addendum matches
- Review SDP cases and ensure service delivery type is accurately reflected in system
- Review documentation from Case Management for SDP PCP cases
- Process adding UCI#s to VSN for SDP PCP cases
- Develop and Draft SDP guidance on POS for training purposes
- Provide guidance on cases that need service code 321 -residential services
- Coordinate and Schedule meetings for the Fiscal team on SDP cases as needed
- Monitor and redirect/ respond to SD Accounting email box
- Train Case Management on SDP POS submission
- Act as contact person for Accounting on SDP topics
- Generate routine and ad hoc reports as needed.
- Generate reports, create tables, mail merges, pivot tables and look ups
- Provide assistance with fiscal related projects and initiatives as assigned by Fiscal Manager.
- Work with FMS to ensure we all have the same spending plan
- Work with FMS on overpayment topics and come to a resolution.
- Perform filing, filing maintenance, and file purging duties
- Prepare/analyze reports
- Prepare information for internal audit and state audits
- Communicate and resolve issues with vendors, staff, and management
- Interact with and assist other internal units
- Participate in special projects and assist with additional duties or tasks as assigned
- Other duties and tasks as assigned by the Fiscal Manager and Supervisors.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
Experience:
- 2+ years of related working experience
